It was a weekend of revolving plans for Joey Ladouceur and his Alexandria, Ontario based race team. Eager to make his first career start in the Sportsman division, Ladouceur was determined to get to a racetrack somewhere over the weekend.
Joey had the season opening events at Can Am Motorsports Park in Lafargeville, New York on the schedule, but due to rain during the week and wet grounds, and more rain forecasted for Friday night, officials made the call in mid-week to cancel their program. The next destination of choice was Canandaigua Motorsports Park near Rochester, New York, but cold temperatures, rain and even snow forced them to cancel as well just before midday on Saturday.
With the car loaded up, and a race team eager to get to a racetrack somewhere, a decision was made to head to Fonda Speedway, located in the Capital District of New York State, just west of Albany. With 37 cars on hand, making the feature would be a daunting task for most at a track with minimal experience, in a class he hasn’t competed in before. A sixth place finish in the preliminary qualifying heat relegated him to the consolation race, and after a strong third place run he locked himself into a starting spot for the main event. Rolling off the starting grid from 23rd, Ladouceur ran a great race, moving up through the field, and dodging several wrecks in front of him. The end result was a 17th place finish.
“We always want to do better, but overall I am very happy with our first ever Sportsman race”, claims Ladouceur. “We missed a few wrecks and ended the night with not even a scratch on the car”.
Ladouceur will be back in the Sportsman car this weekend, at either Can Am on Friday night, or Merrittville Speedway on Saturday. The following weekend, Joey has a test run on the pavement scheduled for Saturday, May 4th at Autodrome Chaudiere in preparation for his first Pro Cam Series Truck race at the track on Saturday, May 18th. He will also test on Saturday, May 11th at Autodrome Montmagny. He will be back in the Sportsman car on Sunday, May 19th at Cornwall for their season opener.
Joey Ladouceur would like to thank all of the sponsors that are on board for the 2013 racing season. Coffrage 20-20/Pompage 20-20, Fence Depot, Minimax Express, Glengarry Truck Centre, Gauvreau Terre de Surface, Stinger X Chassis and Finish Line Web Design are all an integral part of the Ladouceur team and they look forward to sharing their success with all of you in the future.

Joey Ladouceur 2012 Season in Review; 100th Career Win and Multiple Championships Highlight Final Season in DIRTcar Pro Stock Division
When you think of the
DIRTcar Pro Stock Division, you cant help but think of Joey Ladouceur and his
career accomplishments. He added to
that in 2012, posting his 100th career DIRTcar Pro Stock feature
win, added his second consecutive Mr. DIRTcar Pro Stock championship, his sixth
career Cornwall Speedway track championship, his eighth career Mohawk Racing
Parts Pro Stock title, and his second consecutive Bailey Motor Company Pro
Stock crown.
Ladouceur started the year
with four feature wins in the first five events of the 2012 season. In that span, he won at three different race
tracks, taking his first ever win at Can Am Motorsports Park, and opening the
season at Mohawk Raceway with a victory, as well as winning at Cornwall
Speedway during the second week of the year to close out the month of May. Joey added a pair of victories in June, and
two more in July, one of which was a Mr. DIRTcar Pro Stock event at
Cornwall. In August, he celebrated his
100th career win at Mohawk Raceway with a victory on August 17th
and closed out the year at Mohawk with yet another win in September.
In October, Ladouceur found
himself in a tight championship battle once again, and a second place finish at
Syracuse gave him a commanding lead going into Brockville Speedway’s season
finale. Another second place finish at
Brockville clinched the championship once again for Ladouceur, giving him his
second consecutive title and third overall.
“I really have to thank my
wife Josée and my family for all their support”, says Ladouceur. “I also want to thank my crew chief Frank
Lavigne and his wife Anik, Sebastien and his wife Jacinthe and Tristan. We wouldn’t have the success that we have
had without them and our great sponsors”.
Ladouceur will move up to
the Sportsman division in 2013, leaving the Pro Stock division with multiple
records that may never get broken.
“We have accomplished all
that we can in the Pro Stock class, so its time to move on”, says
Ladouceur. “We are looking forward to
competing in the Sportsman class next season”.
In addition to competing in
the Sportsman division, Ladouceur will also dabble with some pavement racing in
2013, driving a Pro Cam Super Truck owned by longtime sponsor Mario Morissette
from Coffrage 20-20 in 8 to 10 events in Quebec.

Joey Ladouceur Claims Second Consecutive Mr. DIRTcar Pro Stock Championship After Second Place Finish in 2012 Season Finale at Brockville
After a second place finish
at Super DIRT Week the previous week, Joey Ladouceur entered the final race of
the Mr. DIRTcar Pro Stock Series at Brockville Speedway on Friday night with a
35 point advantage. He needed to
maintain an eighth place finish or higher to secure his second consecutive
DIRTcar Pro Stock championship. In
addition to the Pro Stock race, Ladouceur also had planned to make his DIRTcar
Sportsman debut on Sunday, but rain forced the cancellation of the day’s
events.
Ladouceur last competed at
Brockville Speedway in this event in 2010, finishing with a third place
result. The event was cancelled last
year due to rain, so Joey and the team were eager to hit the track this year as
part of the opening night of the 1000 Islands RV DIRTcar Northeast Fall Nationals. Joey got off to a slow start, qualifying 10th
fastest out of the 18 Pro Stocks on hand in the time trial session, he
struggled again in the heat race, coming up with a fifth place finish, placing
him in the ninth position to start the 50 lap main event. As the race approached halfway, Ladouceur
had climbed his way up to the third position, despite being very cautious, not
wanting to take any unnecessary chances.
By lap 30 he made the pass for second, and began to focus in on the race
leader. Over the final 20 laps,
Ladouceur maintained the second spot, and crossed the line as the 2012 Mr.
DIRTcar Pro Stock champion.
“This year we were able to
go out and run the final race and not have rain play the deciding factor”, says
Ladouceur, who was making his final appearance in the Pro Stock division. “It feels really good to be able to win it
this way. I was very cautious in the
opening laps, not wanting to take any chances, but once things settled down, we
were able to race a little bit more”.
Joey Ladouceur would like to
thank all of the sponsors that are on board for the 2012 racing season. Coffrage 20-20/Pompage 20-20, Fence Depot,
Minimax Express, Glengarry Truck Centre, Gauvreau Terre de Surface, Stinger X
Chassis and Finish Line Web Design are all an integral part of the Ladouceur
team and they look forward to sharing their success with all of you.
“We had a great run over the
years in the Pro Stock division, and we look forward to moving on next season
to a new challenge in the Sportsman division”, says Ladouceur. “I really have to thank our sponsors, crew
members and all of our families for their support, and we cant wait to get the
2013 season started”.

Joey Ladouceur Gets Second Place Finish in Thrilling Pro Stock Event at Super DIRT Week; Seeks Second Consecutive DIRTcar Pro Stock Title
Like most years, the Pro
Stock’s put on one of the best races during Super DIRT Week, and Joey Ladouceur
was right in the middle of the battle for the win throughout the final laps of
the race. He came up just a little
short in his bid for his first career Syracuse win, but his second place finish
solidified his position at the top of the DIRTcar Pro Stock point standings
with just one race remaining.
Ladouceur arrived at the New
York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse on Thursday night. The first order of business on Friday morning was to go through
the mandatory technical inspection process.
After passing inspection, Ladouceur was ready to hit the track for
practice on Friday afternoon. He was
the second fastest car after the opening practice, and was looking forward to
qualifying on Saturday and getting ready for Sunday’s championship race.
After some early morning
rain on Saturday, DIRTcar officials made the announcement that the Pro Stocks
would not be on the schedule at all on Saturday. Their time trials were pushed to Sunday morning, before the 25
lap main event.
Joey was fifth quickest
during time trials, and would fire from the inside of row three to start the
race on Sunday afternoon. He remained
in contention throughout the race, and found his way to second in the closing
laps, unable to make the pass for the lead.
This coming Friday night at
Brockville Speedway, Joey Ladouceur will close out his 2012 season in the Pro
Stock division with the final race in the Mr. DIRTcar Pro Stock Series. Ladouceur holds a 35 point advantage going
into the final race. In addition to
Friday’s race, Ladouceur will also compete in Sunday’s DIRTcar Sportsman Series
race driving a car owned by Gilles Godard.
Joey Ladouceur would like to

Joey Ladouceur Dominates Mr. DIRTcar Pro Stock Series Race at Mohawk International Raceway; Super DIRT Week Coming Up Next
In one of the most
dominating performances of the 2012 racing season, Joey Ladouceur took his car
to victory lane at Mohawk International Raceway on Saturday afternoon in the
Mr. DIRTcar Pro Stock Series. It was a
long weekend, that was paused on Friday after time trials because of rain. It resumed on Saturday afternoon for the
conclusion of the event.
Ladouceur started the 50 lap
event from seventh place, and quickly moved forward. By lap nine he had moved into second and just three laps later he
had the top spot and never looked back taking the win by nearly a half track over
the second place car. The win gives
Ladouceur a 20 point lead in the Mr. DIRTcar Pro Stock Standings as he
continues his quest for his second straight overall championship.
“We couldn’t be happier with
this win”, says Ladouceur. “It really
wasn’t easy. Hopefully we can build on
this and have a strong showing at Super DIRT Week in a couple weeks”.
Ladouceur will be seeking
his first ever Super DIRT Week Pro Stock win on Sunday, October 7th
at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse, New York. The team will be hard at work over the next
couple week preparing the car for the coveted BACC-OFF Pro Stock Championship
race.
"We have our longtime
sponsors that are stepping up to the plate again for us in our Syracuse program
and we will try to win it this year," says Ladouceur.
Once Super DIRT Week is
over, there will be just one more event remaining in the 2012 season as the Mr.
DIRTcar Series finale takes place at Brockville Ontario Speedway on Friday,
October 12th as part of the 1000 Islands RV DIRTcar Northeast Fall
Nationals.
Joey Ladouceur would like to
thank all of the sponsors that are on board for the 2012 racing season. Coffrage 20-20/Pompage 20-20, Fence Depot,

Joey Ladouceur Claims Fourth Consecutive Cornwall Speedway Pro Stock Championship and 9th Career Mohawk Racing Parts Pro Stock Series Title
The 2012 season has been
filled with some outstanding highlights for Joey Ladouceur and his Pro Stock
team. He has scored eight feature wins
to date, including his 100th career DIRTcar Pro Stock feature win
just two weeks earlier, and has already claimed his second straight Bailey
Motor Company Pro Stock championship.
This past weekend, Ladouceur entered Cornwall Speedway for the final
time in 2012 with his fourth consecutive track championship all but wrapped up,
and also had a convincing lead in the Mohawk Racing Parts Pro Stock Series with
their final 40 lap feature on the schedule to end the regular season.
In the 40 lap race at
Cornwall on Sunday night, Ladouceur was making his way through the field
patiently in the first half of the race, and had climbed to as high as third
place on lap 24 before getting blatantly taken out by a lapped car. Joey restarted the race from the rear of the
field, while the culprit was parked for the night. When the race restarted with 16 lap remaining, Ladouceur charged
through the field, and would climb back to fourth place at the checkered flag.
“We had a great season here,
and our proud of our accomplishments”, says Ladouceur after the race. “I really have to thank the team, my family,
and all of our fans and sponsors for their support. It seems like we have had to deal with some issues on the track
the past few weeks from other drivers, but I guess that is part of racing when
you are having success”.
This coming weekend, Joey
will be at Autodrome Granby on Saturday, September 8th as the Mr.
DIRTcar Pro Stock Series resumes. He
currently sits fourth in the series point standings, but only 34 points out of
the top spot as he looks to claim his second consecutive and third overall Mr.
DIRTcar Pro Stock Series championship.
Following the race in Granby, Ladouceur will move on to Mohawk Raceway
the following week, then on to the New York Sate Fairgrounds in Syracuse for
Super DIRT Week on October 7th and will conclude the 2012 season
with the Mr. DIRTcar Pro Stock Championship race at Brockville Speedway on
October 12th.
Joey Ladouceur would like to
thank all of the sponsors that are on board for the 2012 racing season. Coffrage 20-20/Pompage 20-20, Fence Depot,
Minimax Express, Glengarry Truck Centre, Gauvreau Terre de Surface, Stinger X

Joey Ladouceur Scores 100th Career DIRTcar Pro Stock Victory at Mohawk International Raceway; Spun Out at Cornwall While Battling for Win 101
It may have taken almost a
month to get his 100th career win after scoring his 99th
back on July 22nd at Cornwall, but with a limited schedule over that
period Ladouceur was confident that he would be able to score the milestone win
before long. That win came this past
Friday night at Mohawk International Raceway.
Joey was looking for win number 101 just two night later at Cornwall.
Friday night didn’t get off
to a great start for Ladouceur, after contact from another car in his
qualifying heat race caused a right front flat tire, sending him spinning in
turn three. He would have to start the
35 lap Bailey Motor Company Pro Stock Series finale from the rear of the
field. After just two laps, Joey was
inside the top ten, and would move into the top five with the lap counter
showing 11 laps complete. With ten laps
remaining, Joey was now up to third, and began to show that he had the fastest
car on the track as he grabbed the top spot with just four laps remaining. He went on to score his 100th
career DIRTcar Pro Stock feature win.
“It was fun to win it that way”,
says Ladouceur, referring to having to come from the rear of the field to score
the milestone victory. “I have always
run well here at Mohawk. I come here
and relax and try to make the most of it”.
Joey was very much in
contention for win number 101 on Sunday night at Cornwall Motor Speedway. He was making a move for the lead late in
the race until contact from the second place car sent him (and the car that
spun him out) to the rear of the field.
Joey would bounce back to finish in 8th place.
Joey’s win at Mohawk Raceway
on Friday night clinched his second straight Bailey Motor Company Pro Stock
Championship. He currently leads the
Mohawk Racing Part Pro Stock tour by 26 points going into the final race on
September 2nd at Cornwall.
He also has a 52 point advantage in track points at Cornwall, and can
clinch the championship this week with a solid performance. The next Mr. DIRTcar Pro Stock Series race
will come at Autodrome Granby on Saturday, September 8th.
Joey Ladouceur would like to
thank all of the sponsors that are on board for the 2012 racing season. Coffrage 20-20/Pompage 20-20, Fence Depot,
Minimax Express, Glengarry Truck Centre, Gauvreau Terre de Surface, Stinger X

team and they look forward to sharing their success with all of you.
